CUCo enabled devices are provisioned with contract rules
Each device owner organization (ex: a telecom operator; a renting/leasing company; a government unit) defines with the CUCo service provider a set of contract rules to provision each device.
Control Center
Messages for the specific device or organization owner are defined at provisioning time. Warning messages of CUCo status and “lock down” messages are shown when a device locks down.

Self-Automated
Due to laws in certain geos, mostly related to consumer protection, CUCo mechanism was designed to be self-automated, ie, the device is never “remotely ordered” to lock down. Device checks its own status and acts accordingly the rules set at provisioning time.
